Apologies for not posting. I've been struggling with the last post for quite some time, and finally I decided it's best left for my own personal consumption. Not gonna post that shit.
And many thanks to those who wished me Happy Birthday and/or celebrated with me. Thanks for your wishes and presents and cakes. I enjoyed myself. Please excuse my tardiness. I'm... a mess.
Anyway, it's back to school. Didn't get a word of what the lecturer said. Maybe I deliberately didn't pay attention. Maybe he wasn't clear enough. Maybe my mind was all over the place. Maybe it's all of the above. Maybe it's none.
You're not subtle, but you don't want to be. Fast, loud, and dramatic, you want people to notice you, and then get out of the way. In a world full of sheep, you're a raging bull.
Was out walking around a few days ago and I saw these little models of Star Wars figures made out of cardboardish plastic and I just HAD to get my hands on some.
They come in large Magic-type card packs. What you get per pack is 4-8 of these little cuties and 6 game cards randomly.
The thrill before opening each pack sure does take me back to the days I was playing Magic and Battletech.
Here's what the little thingamabobs look like before and after piecing them together.
My humble collection. (For now.) I'm really pleased that I got an X-Wing(Rogue Squadron, no less!) and 2 Tie Fighters in my very first pack. Just the models I was hoping to get. Unfortunately, I haven't got any more since. :(

Each pack also comes with a pair of these REALLY cute micro dice.
I'm taking a photo of them on a card so you can get a sense of how tiny they are.
I think I'll be wasting more money on these very soon. :)

Daaaaaaaaaaaaamn. Has it been eight months since my last post? Sure doesn't feel like it.
Heh. For the first couple of weeks I just could not find words to express what I was going through. Nothing I wrote seemed fit to be published. Then it kinda became me being too tired to blog. Then it degenerated into not being bothered to blog.
